I really appreciate how hard Ed and his team worked to quickly rent my property out and bring me what looks to be great tenants with their screening process. There were showings scheduled consistently as soon as the house went on the market. Ed was very responsive to my needs (in renting the house out within a month) and promptly returned my calls and answered any questions that I had. Ed helped us though an extremely difficult and stressful time trying to sell our house. After having serious problems with more than one potential buyers, Ed managed to still sell our house in a reasonable amount of time. He was always polite and extremely professional. Home sold quickly, and we had already moved to Florida, and Ed handled everything. During the home inspection, mold was discovered. Ed secured a contractor and made sure the work was done. Not only did he handle this potentially deal killer, but he also made sure all parties were informed at all times to the progress and got if to settlement on time, since we were hundreds of miles away it was peace of mind that we had such a professional representing us.
The listing and selling of my father's home, from beginning to end, was handled in the highest and most professional manner available. Mr. Haraway went above and beyond the normal duties of a Real Estate Professional aiding us to list and sell the home in a very short timeframe and still profit in a market that appeared to be soft.
